If we lose connection to your site your customers can still access all documents in the portal. Once connection to your site is restored Capisol will automatically catch up on any missing transactions and documents.

Our mobile app include offline capabilities for ePOD, allowing drivers to continue capturing signatures even without connectivity. Data automatically syncs when connection is restored.

Yes. You maintain ownership of your data and can export documents and information as needed. Our platform provides easy retrieval through indexing and cross-referencing.
